This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of beverage management, focusing on the art of mixology and professional beverage service. Participants will learn about a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, wines, and spirits. The course covers essential techniques such as cocktail preparation, garnishing, and presentation, as well as responsible alcohol service and beverage pairing.
In addition to mastering mixology, learners will develop skills in customer service, understanding the role of a bartender, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on activities, students will gain confidence in creating signature drinks and managing beverage service in a variety of hospitality settings, including restaurants, bars, and events.
